See below for my 3 month 1-1 coaching programme. You can be anywhere in the world as the coaching is done online via zoom calls and assignments.

❤️ I am offering a 3 month coaching programme to support, inform and empower women to parent consciously and innately. If any of the following resonates with you message me and we can have a free discovery call.

The programme will be specifically tailored to YOUR needs and what you want from it, but here are some of the areas that I can offer support with:

🤰 Information and advice during pregnancy and preparation for motherhood (including preparing you with confidence to achieve the birth that YOU want and how to give your baby the best start to his/her life).

🧠 Working through your own childhood wounds/traumas and ensuring that you have the support and guidance in order to break the cycles for your child.

👭 Emotional support during the baby blues period and any postnatal depression/anxiety; (as well as working through any trauma experienced during birthing/pregnancy).

🤱 Support and information with breastfeeding (as a trained breastfeeding peer supporter).

👩‍👦 Information, guidance and plenty of resources on Attachment Parenting.

👶 Information, knowledge and support with cosleeping, baby wearing, weaning onto solids, toxic/safe products… and anything else you want to know about the first year of caring for a baby.

🏃‍♀️ Preparation for toddlerhood, developmental stages and knowing what’s to come.

🧘‍♀️ Support with self-love and how to practice self-care as a new mother… and dealing with any guilt/shame that comes up for new mothers.

👨‍👩‍👧 Changes in the family dynamic and how to maintain a positive and healthy relationship with your partner.

💕 Guidance with finding your village/tribe/community and connecting you to other conscious parents.

💪 Empowerment and guidance with trusting your own motherly instincts, following your intuition, recognising the harmful advice and myths… and setting boundaries with others and their expectations/unwanted advice!

👨‍👦 Support and guidance for fathers/partners and other family members to bond with the baby.
